DAMN !!!!

Kevin is in the hospital due to his kong pre at yishun.I was not there to see it but i heard it was horrifying.He was sent to the hospital by his other friends..Now i don't know his condition but all i know that he can't feel his legs and can barely walk.I sacred he is paralyzed but i know he won't luhh... he kan STRONG!! haha!anyway today my conditioning canceled cause raining!!! FUCK LUHH SIA!! haha! aniwaes i am out.. (:

I already started to workout more often for my PARKOUR trainings..
I want to be stronger and faster , therefore i train and condition myself. Many think that parkour is not useful , but i beg to differ .. i will show them what PARKOUR truly means ...
